Keith is a seasoned circle-keeper, with years of experience working with justice-impacted individuals, communities that are struggling to recover from the impact of violence, and interpersonal disputes. Keith’s extensive background facilitating conversations and retreats with prominent men’s support groups enable him to step into difficult situations with grace and authenticity that effectively de-escalates conflict, fosters understanding, and replaces tension with joy.
Valerie is an attorney, with years of experience working with individuals living in poverty, and at-risk of homelessness. She emphasizes collaborative problem-solving and compassionate dialogue over litigation to best uplift affected individuals, and reframe power-structures. Valerie has 15 years of nonprofit experience, and is keyed into many of the common problems and practices that challenge a small team. She intervenes with compassion to help small teams heal conflict, and restore healthy expectations and relationships.
Our services are available at a very affordable, low rate for organizations and groups, and may be no cost in certain circumstances.
